She fell. And then she woke up. Janet opened her eyes in disbelief that she'd just done that. In the middle of class, she tripped, and then everyone st-- wait, she wasn't in class yet. Janet let out a ghastly wail that was probably part of the reason people thought her creaky, dusty dorm was haunted. She slowly sat up and floated downstairs in her half-awake state, and pulled out some oatmeal. Once that was gone, she made her way towards her first class, all the way across the campus.
And then she saw him. Martin, the dreamiest stud in school, a straight-A student and top-notch sprinter.
She fell. And then she woke up. Janet opened her eyes in disbelief that she'd just done that. He was dreamy, but seriously, to make her dreams come true just by looking at her? It was too much. So much that it hurt. Or maybe that was just her ankle. . .
And then she woke up. She was in the hospital, and Martin was sitting next to her bed. Janet closed her eyes in disbelief. She fell - asleep, happy.
